“A smiling face is the mirror of our body and can heal sick patients” – Last March I came here for check-up. I was then referred to Dr. Espinosa so I went to his clinic. He sent me back here for EEG. The staff downstairs at the front office did the EEG for me right away so I had the time to go back to Dr. Espinosa who interpreted the result. Lorma Medical Center is the leading private care referral center for tertiary cases in Northern Luzon, offering a wide rage of diversified services in a strategic location to meet existing needs in the field on health. Currently, we are looking for competent applicants to fill the following vacant positions:

(1) TRAINING OFFICER

The person will facilitate the provision of the training needs of the employees of the hospital.

Qualifications:
Graduate of Education, Psychology or any Behavioral Science Course
At least three (3) years experience in training and development, or teaching at college or
company level                                       

Knowledge in Training Needs Analysis and Training Program Delivery
Experience in Service Excellence Training                                                                                   
Can work with minimal supervision
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills                                                                           
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Pleasing personality
ISO Experience helpful but not necessary
Computer literate with ability to prepare manuals and documentation

(3) RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS in Respiratory Therapy
At least one (1) year work experience in a hospital as a Respiratory Therapist
Excellent oral and written communication skills                                                                         
Can work with minimal supervision
Must be sensitive and committed to patient's care
