“A smiling face is the mirror of our body and can heal sick patients” – Last March I came here for check-up. I was then referred to Dr. Espinosa so I went to his clinic. He sent me back here for EEG. The staff downstairs at the front office did the EEG for me right away so I had the time to go back to Dr. Espinosa who interpreted the result. It was done so fast that we had the time to go back to Ilocos that same day. I thank the staff very much. To Lorma as a whole, thank you so much and may God bless you all. All the staff and employees of Lorma Hospital are very friendly. I’m very glad to see their smiling faces every morning. Keep up your good work!!!

In behalf of my small kids, husband and my relatives, thank you very much! God bles you all!” – From 2A (Ward)

Lorma hospital has improved a lot when it comes to services. The personnel are so caring and they always offer a friendly smile. Eleven new, state-of-the-art patient care rooms have been added that allows for centralization of the most critical medical services.  It also provides an unparalleled level of comfort and convenience for family members who wish to remain near their loved ones.  “The new patient rooms at Lorma Medical Center will set the standard for patient rooms in hospitals throughout Northern Luzon.  They are designed to be relaxing and built to appeal to the mind, body and spirit,” says Mrs. Ofelia C. Pulido, Director of Nursing Services.  There is also a concierge who will attend to the non-medical needs of patients at any time during their stay.

Present during the blessing were (from left to right) Reverend Father Valentin Narcese,

"Lorma's mission is to not only research and treat disease, but to also deliver a level of care that takes into full account the emotional and spiritual requirements of our patients and their loved ones, who are so critical to the healing process," says Dr. Mario T. Bautista, Medical Director. "Today, we deliver on our promise to provide cutting-edge care to our most critically ill patients. But just as importantly, we will do so in a facility that will allow us to also help comfort the comforter by providing many of the same conveniences of home."

With a waterfall leading to the hospital’s main lobby, a bamboo garden and fishponds; Lorma Medical Center feels more like a luxury hotel than the stereotypical hospital.

"Lorma has a commitment to making people healthy," said Dr. Rufino L. Macagba, Jr., President of Lorma, Inc. "Offering comprehensive care includes providing an environment that appeals to all the senses. Our commitment to continuous improvement has been successful in putting Lorma at the forefront of providing comprehensive care through strategically chosen projects and the tireless pursuit of their completion."
